It was an absolute joy to travel to Santa Ana de los Ríos de Cuenca to photograph the wedding of Kattia and Kike.
Ecuador Wedding at Quinta Lucrecia
This venue featured everything you could want for an open and airy outdoor wedding ceremony. The grounds were immaculate and every single corner of the venue was a photographer's dream. Lush grass and diverse greenery looked amazing against the blue skies. There was perfect stone and brickwork.
The setting felt cozy and intimate as if we were guests at someone’s home. Every need was met and the surroundings were interesting and engaging as well as relaxing.
Beautiful Summer Ecuador Wedding Palette
The color palette of this wedding was perfect for summer. Shades of purple, pink, and blue were featured in the gowns and the impeccable florals.
The majority of guests showed up in beautiful and bright summer attire that perfectly complemented the theme of the wedding. Everyone looked gorgeous.
The bride and groom wanted a colorful and fun wedding that was still very clean and classic. The wedding team did a wonderful job executing that vision.
Opposites Attract
Kattia and Kike are an “opposites attract” couple. Kattia radiates an elegant and successful businesswoman vibe. Kike leans towards the creative side as a graphic designer.
It was an especially beautiful moment when the couple read their personalized vows to each other and everyone in attendance felt just how special it was to be there witnessing that moment.
They are a unique couple with a unique kind of love and it set the stage for the incredible day that friends and family spent together. You can see in the wedding gallery just how at ease and happy everyone was to be there. There are many shots of family members embracing and laughing.
At times it seemed like anyone could be a member of the wedding party because the day was truly so inclusive and welcoming. This can be attributed to Kattia and Kike.
This wedding truly went on all night long. After the toasts, the dance floor was filled for hours! If moments like these - family and friends having the time of their lives on the dance floor - are important to you, you should make sure to communicate that when you are interviewing wedding photographers.
